HPD2 Series

HPD2 is a “high output”, “uniform” and “easy to use” dome light with three times the brightness of traditional products. Size variations have been added, with full-color (RGB) and infrared (860nm) types now included as standard. Various options including joint braces.

PDM Series

A combination of three types: dome lighting, low-angle lighting and coaxial epi-illumination. Achieve uniform shadow-free diffused light irradiation of the workpiece.

HPD-PF Series

The PF series offers powerful strobe lighting that achieves “ultra-high-speed strobe illumination.”

• Achieves a maximum instantaneous illuminance of 4 million lux, aiding in faster inspection speeds and improved accuracy.
• Compatible with xenon flash lamp replacement.
• Dedicated power supply with fine adjustment.
• Applications: Glossy surfaces, curved surfaces, uneven surfaces, appearance, printing, color discrimination inspections; engraving, scratches, and blemish inspections on pear-shaped surfaces, etc.

HLDN Series

Uses a dome effect to provide uniform diffused light illumination for long workpieces.

Applications:
• Appearance inspections of glossy, curved, and uneven surfaces
• Printing and color discrimination inspections
• Engraving, scratch, and blemish inspections on pear-shaped surfaces
• Appearance inspections of metals with fine lines
• Inspections of components on circuit boards
